If Blipcal is not for you, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of buying it, no quibble. Because there is a 14‑day free trial, you can try the whole app before you pay, so refunds should rarely be needed, but the guarantee is there if you want it.
How to request a refund
Email support@blipcal.com from the address you bought with, within the 14‑day window, and ask for a refund. You do not need to give a reason. We will confirm and process it.
How the refund is handled
Payment is processed by Stripe, so a refund is returned through Stripe to your original payment method, including any tax you paid; banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days. After a refund the license key is revoked, and each Mac it was active on goes back to the free features at its next online license check: the month grid, today's date in the menu bar and keyboard navigation, as after the trial.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, including any applicable UK and EU rights, which are not affected by this policy.
